If for any reason you are dissatisfied with an original painting, within 30 days of receipt of your original painting, you may request a refund by sending an email to tangerinepublic@gmail.com directly with the subject line "Refund Request." 

All refunds are contingent upon the receipt of the original painting by seller, with all return shipment costs to be covered by seller.
